Due to the custom, hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.

Each unit is made-to-order and undergoes careful quality control.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot restock or resell returned hair products.

A description of the issue

We will review the case and offer a resolution if your claim meets our criteria.

Color & Texture Disclaimer

Please note that no two curls are identical. While we offer consistent curl pattern blends, all extensions mimic natural hair and may vary slightly in appearance or density. Also all hair is available in a natural, dark brown to black color.

Custom Orders

Because all items are made specifically for you, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after your order has been placed.
